Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Kemiworld Solutions for the use of this site and its services.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing this site, buying a course, subscribing to a signal channel, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, stop using the service.
2. Who we are and what we offer
This site is operated by Kemiworld Solutions, based in Kenya. We offer trading-related education, written and video courses, market research, strategy documentation, a signals terminal, and mentorship services ("Services"). We are a publishing and education business, not a licensed financial adviser, broker, or fund manager. See our Risk Disclaimer for the full scope of what we do and do not do.
3. Your account
- You must be 18 or older to register.
- You must provide accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts, resale of logins, or giving access to your paid content to non-subscribers is grounds for termination without refund.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Payment and subscriptions
Courses, VIP tiers, signal packages, and mentorship are paid products. We accept international cards via Stripe and M-Pesa for Kenyan customers. Prices are shown in the currency of your detected pricing region (KES for Kenya, USD for international). Subscription products renew on the stated billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period is not pro-rated.
Failed payments: we may retry failed payments up to 3 times. If payment cannot be collected, access to paid content is suspended.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before purchasing.
6. Intellectual property
All courses, lessons, strategy documents, charts, visuals, written content, videos, templates, and proprietary indicators are the intellectual property of Kemiworld Solutions or our licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access this content for your personal use for as long as your subscription or purchase remains active. You may not:
- Download, record, copy, or re-host our content for redistribution.
- Share course materials with non-subscribers.
- Use our content to train machine-learning models.
- Remove or alter any attribution or watermark.
- Use our brand name, logo, or testimonials for your own promotion without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service or its networks.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
- Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code or spam.
- Harass, impersonate, or abuse our staff or other users.
8. Signals, strategies, and educational content
Signals, chart examples, strategy frameworks, and analysis are educational publications of what our team is observing. They are not personalised recommendations. You trade your own account with your own money; all decisions and outcomes are yours. See the Risk Disclaimer.
9. Third-party services
We integrate with Telegram, Stripe, Safaricom (M-Pesa), Cloudflare, Brevo, and others. Their terms apply when you use those integrations.
10. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if payment fails, if we detect fraud, or if we reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect the service or other users. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Changes to the service
We may add, remove, rename, or restructure courses, channels, or offers. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes that affect active subscriptions. If a subscription product is discontinued, we will issue a pro-rata refund for unused time.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kemiworld Solutions, its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for:
- Trading losses, lost profits, or lost opportunities.
- Data loss caused by third-party outages (Cloudflare, Stripe, M-Pesa, Brevo, Telegram).
- Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith by direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
