Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
1. Who we are
This site (kwmarketslab.com) is operated by Kemiworld Solutions (the "Company", "we", "our"), based in Kenya. If you want to contact us about your personal data, use the contact details on our About page.
2. What data we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the service:
- Account data: email address, display name (optional), hashed password. Given to us when you register.
- Interest / lead data: name (optional), email, interest type, optional message, and the page you submitted from. Given to us when you fill in a contact or interest form.
- Payment data: billing records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Safaricom M-Pesa). We do not store full card numbers or M-Pesa PINs. We receive confirmation of payment and a reference ID.
- Usage data: which lessons you've opened or completed, timestamps of logins.
- Telegram link: if you link a Telegram account to access premium channels, we store your Telegram user ID and username.
- Technical data: IP address (used to detect pricing region and prevent abuse), user-agent string, approximate location (country-level).
- Feedback you submit.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models. We do not build behavioural advertising profiles.
4. Who we share it with
A limited number of trusted processors:
