Refund Policy
Clear, honest rules so you know where you stand before you buy.
1. Our approach
We want customers to know exactly what they're buying before they pay. Every course page lists its outcomes, lesson count, and difficulty. Every VIP and mentorship offer lists what is and isn't included. Detailed refund rules follow.
2. Courses (one-time purchase)
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that you have completed less than 30% of the course (measured by the lesson-progress tracker). After 7 days, or after 30% completion, the purchase is final. To request, email us with your account email and the course name.
3. Subscription products (VIP tiers, signal packages)
Subscriptions are billed per cycle (monthly or as specified on the product page). You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle; the current paid period is not refunded or pro-rated. This is standard for recurring digital content.
Exception: if the service was materially unavailable (e.g. channel outage) for more than 72 hours in a single billing cycle, email us and we will pro-rate a credit or refund.
4. Mentorship (one-on-one or group)
Mentorship is a scheduled service. If you cancel more than 48 hours before a session, we reschedule at no charge. If you cancel inside 48 hours or do not show up, that session is forfeit. For multi-session packages, the unused remaining sessions (if any) can be refunded at the per-session rate less a 10% admin fee within 30 days of the original purchase.
5. How to request a refund
- Email us from the address on your account.
- State the product, the date of purchase, and the reason.
- We respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. M-Pesa refunds can take up to 7 days to appear. Stripe card refunds can take 5-10 business days.
6. When refunds are not available
- Purchases older than the refund window above.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. sharing accounts, reselling content).
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of lessons.
- Mentorship sessions already delivered.
- Chargebacks: if you file a chargeback instead of contacting us first, we will dispute it and cooperate with the card issuer's investigation.
7. What we don't refund for
Trading losses, dissatisfaction with market performance, signals that didn't produce the result you expected, or a strategy framework that didn't fit your style. These are explicitly covered in our Risk Disclaimer: we sell education and research, not outcomes.
